Found in Jain Temples, it is used for significant Rituals like Prakshal, cleansing Jain Idols. Spiritual Carvings

The Samosaran is crafted in four symbolic levels. The Lower Part represents Vahans like Rath, Indradhwaja, Ship, and Paalki, signifying respect. The Third Part shows animals such as Lions, Deer, and Peacocks, symbolizing unity among life forms. The Second Part includes Saadhus, Saadhvis, and Devotees, highlighting inclusivity. The Top Part holds the Tirthankara’s Idol, where the Prakshal ritual is performed, symbolizing purity.

There are two main structural types of Samosaran: Asthpethu, with an eight-sided design, and a four-sided square structure. Both types carry spiritual significance, serving as central spaces for rituals and teachings in Jain temples.

Custom Finishes

Our custom-made Samosarans feature specialized finishing to suit each customer’s preferences. Wooden Samosarans are finely polished to bring out the wood’s natural grain, with a protective coating to highlight carvings and protect against wear. For German Silver or Silver Samosarans, we apply expert buffing for a mirror-like shine that enhances every intricate detail. A final PU coating is applied to ensure lasting beauty and durability, making each Samosaran a timeless piece for sacred spaces.
